Lloyd did a fantastic job with the home inspection, 4-point report and wind mitigation report. The buyers (my clients) and sellers were all present with me at the inspection. Lloyd explained what he found and was able to answer questions from both parties. Scheduling was easy and the report tools are a nice feature to simplify repair requests.

Lloyd is calm and informative. It's a tough balance to be thorough but not scare a buyer off. He is helpful in letting a buyer know his findings but also what it costs for a fix, so they don't imagine major expenses to make their new home perfect, when it would be a $5 fix.
