I'm Tom Glassburn, owner, inspector, licensed radon professional, and Colorado native. I am a one-stop shop for all inspection needs. Every inspection and radon mitigation is handled personally by me. I am also certified and offer required VA loan termite inspections.

Before starting TEC, I worked in new home construction managing final walk-throughs and quality control for builders. The experience trained me to catch small details often overlooked.
