Ronnie Hart and wife, Carolyn are the founders of Harts Inspections, Ronnie is a trained and certified home inspector through InterNachi and licensed through the state of Tennessee (#2255). Ronnie has had a lifelong inspection career, starting with his service in the USAF, where he served as crew chief for the the F-111, in charge of  the inspection and repair of his plane daily. After his tour of duty, Ronnie eventually decided to go into Industrial mechanics, where he eventually became the supervisor. His duties included inspection and repair of all building systems, to include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Roof. When you ask Ronnie what his biggest accomplishment in life has been, so far he will laugh and tell you, it was a house that he and he wife bought in 2003. The house was an old 5300 square foot Victorian that had 17 windows missing, no power, no electricity, no plumbing and no front door. Ronnie and Carolyn decided they were going to restore this house, not remodel, they guessed it would take them a little over a year, and 8 years later they finally finished, from the plaster walls to the power, water and heat, it was finished. Although they will never forget this house, they now reside on a farm in Jonesborough, TN., but Ronnie will be the first one to tell you that purchasing a home can be filled with stress and a lot of unanswered questions, but by choosing Harts Inspections, rest assured that we will take a lot of your guesswork out of your purchase so you can feel confident about your home, at Harts Inspections we care about your family and your future home.
