Chris grew up in a small town in Western Kansas with only 1 working stop light! He has a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with a minor in Hotel and Restaurant management, business and horticulture from Kansas State University. Chris originally moved to Phoenix to work with the PGA Tour as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent for the prestigious TPC of Scottsdale! After 6 years, he decided to pursue a career in contracting where he became a superintendent and worked to fix and flip homes, specializing in historic properties. Chris was excited to use his contracting experience and skillset to become a home inspector where he honed his inspection skills in Vancouver, Washington. He is now a valuable member of the AJF Inspection Team where he can put his technical and people skills to work on behalf of our clients/agents.
