Eric was born in Chicago. Growing up in a military family, he got the opportunity to live in eight states before eventually growing roots in North Carolina. Prior to coming to Arizona, Eric was a chef for over 5 years in Florida before his growing passion for real estate and inspecting brought him to the AJF team. When he isn’t in an attic, you can usually find him in the gym, on a mountain top, or enjoying time with his family.
