James grew up in Jacksonville, Florida before moving to Arizona in 1996. He began his career in the phone company working as a lineman for 21 years before retiring in 2019 and was a volunteer deputy Sheriff for Maricopa County. James was excited to start his second career in home inspecting as he enjoys helping people during the real estate transaction. He was thrilled to expand his knowledge and expertise by joining the AJF Team. When not inspecting, James is working on earning his private pilot’s license!
