Kurtis has been inspecting homes since 1998 and has completed thousands of home and commercial inspections. He is an AJF Inspector Team Captain, where in addition to inspecting homes and commercial building, he manages his awesome inspection team. Kurtis is a true native of Arizona, and was born in Mesa and has lived there his entire life with the exception of the four years he spent traveling with the U.S. Air Force. Prior to becoming a home inspector, Kurtis was a real estate appraiser and a FEMA inspector.

When not working, Kurtis is busy with his family and in his opinion, too many pets.
