Mr. Kinder is a professional home inspector and environmental engineer with over 30 years' experience evaluating structural systems, building conditions, and environmental risks. Through Dominion Home Inspections, he provides detailed residential inspections focused on identifying safety concerns, structural deficiencies, moisture intrusion, and environmental hazards that may affect a home’s long-term performance.

He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee and has completed professional training through InterNACHI. Mr. Kinder also holds a pest control charter and is licensed and bonded to perform termite and other Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) inspections. In addition, he is FAA-certified for commercial drone operations, allowing him to safely evaluate roofs and other difficult-to-access areas as necessary.
