There have been many times when the photographs on the listing showed a mostly perfect house and we discovered significant deficiencies that our client was very grateful to know. The cost of building materials continues to rise and this may be the reason we often find short-cuts in newly built houses such as missing insulation or inadequate flashing. We provide a second set of neutral eyes that you can rely on to report to you, our client. Our fiduciary duty is to you only. We do not accept or give "kick-backs" or any compensation to any agents for any referrals. We hold high integrity standards and will always remain 100% neutral.
