In addition to a New Jersey Home Inspector License, Terry holds the designation of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Inspector, a distinguished credential awarded to professionals who meet rigorous standards of competence, experience, and ethics.  
Terry has served as a director on the board of the Garden State ASHI Chapter and was the 2025 recipient of the GSASHI President's Award. Known for his ability to make complex information clear and easy to understand, Terry helps clients feel confident and informed throughout the inspection process. He is also a licensed radon technician, wood-destroying insect (termite) inspector, FAA-licensed commercial drone pilot, and InterNACHI Certified Sewer Scope Inspector. Terry proudly serves Union, Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Somerset counties. Fun fact: Terry is also a certified Real Estate Appraiser and an ordained wedding officiant. When he’s not inspecting homes, you’ll often find him on his yoga mat.
