My name is Kevin Chapell, owner of Firehouse Property Inspections. For more than 23 years, I have served the citizens of Northwest Arkansas as a firefighter and paramedic, currently serving as a Battalion Chief with the Rogers Fire Department. Throughout my career, I have responded to thousands of homes and commercial properties, investigating fires, electrical hazards, structural failures, water damage, HVAC issues, and life safety concerns.

That experience has taught me something important—small issues often become major problems when they go unnoticed.

I founded Firehouse Property Inspections to provide homebuyers, sellers, and homeowners with the same thorough attention to detail and commitment to safety that has guided my entire fire service career. Every inspection is conducted with professionalism, integrity, and the mindset of protecting families and helping clients make informed decisions.

• Extensive training in building construction, fire behavior, electrical systems, life safety, and hazard recognition

Throughout my career, I have also been responsible for training firefighters, developing emergency response programs, evaluating commercial and residential structures, and leading emergency operations.
