Hello, I’m Gregory Turman, a licensed and insured home inspector with I Know A Guy – Inspections LLC.
After serving over 20 years in the military, including my final role as a Small Arms Instructor at the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal; I transitioned into home inspections with a continued commitment to service, precision, and attention to detail.
Since making Crestview home in 2023, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Through my work with Nathan Houlihan and the team at I Know A Guy, I’ve developed a thorough, detail-oriented approach to evaluating every major system in a home, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
I am certified locally and nationally through InterNACHI and AHIT, and I strive to uphold the highest standards in every inspection I perform.
