Woodstone Property Inspection, LLC was formed in 2016. The company serves Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Pueblo, Woodland Park and surrounding areas.

At Woodstone Property Inspection we truly believe in family. Our inspection reports are prepared with the safety of you and your family first and foremost. We also take very seriously your investment, and making sure we add value to your investment by providing you a detailed, quality home inspection report. We believe in raising the standards of the industry, to disrupt the status quo. This is done by being part of a bigger team that protects, educates and is driven to excellence, so as to offer high quality home inspections.

We also take certification and education very seriously. Woodstone Property Inspection inspectors must first be trained and earn certification with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT). In addition, they must pass the National Home Inspector Examination and complete annual continuing education (primarily through InterNACHI - International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). None of these are requirements in the state of Colorado; however, they are requirements of Woodstone Property Inspection. We perform residential Inspections (New Construction, Pre-Purchase, 11th Month Warranty, Pre-Listing, Investment Property, Maintenance/Safety), Radon Testing, Sewer Scope Inspections, Mold Inspection/Testing and Water Quality Testing.
