Having a back ground in residential repair & improvements, as well as being a licensed Realtor®, Inspector Ed McGimsey knows real estate.  With certification through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors as a home inspector, he is also certified through the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants as a radon & mold tester. Ed is also a Certified Home Measurement Specialist through the Council of Certified Home Measurement Specialists.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Ed has also worked in the chemical industry, retail management, and the transportation industry.
