I’m a Certified Professional Inspector and have been a licensed Home Inspector in Illinois for 19 years inspecting over 3500 dwelling units. What sets me apart from other inspectors is my experience and education. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from SIUC in Mechanical Engineering, and I also graduated from AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training) Institute in New Berlin, WI. I have decades of investment experience with single family and commercial real estate, as well as previous employment as a Code Inspector with the City of Carbondale. My well rounded background really helps me to look out for my client’s interest.
