We are a home inspection business in Central and East Texas.

We have a  extensive back ground in construction and inspection.  Gerry first earned an inspection certification in 1986 as a code inspector with Southern Building Codes Congress.  That next year he earned a degree in Building Construction Trades.  He worked for a few years as a contract building code inspector in Central Texas. During this time he started building homes.  

When Trey was eleven years old he was helping his dad do finish carpentry on log homes. Trey has worked with Gerry in structural and finish carpentry, cabinetry, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and roofing.

Since 2016 the team has been building and flipping houses in Polk and San Jacinto Counties.
