After serving as a Navy Electrician, I spent several years expanding my skills in both residential and commercial construction—working on everything from remodels to repairs. In 2020, my wife and I moved to Wilmington, where I began focusing more deeply on the residential side of the industry. That same year, I completed my MBA, further strengthening my understanding of business operations and client service.

For the past three years, I’ve worked as a Construction Field Inspector, collaborating with general contractors and overseeing a wide range of projects, including new builds, manufactured home installations, and renovations. This experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of construction practices and the ability to identify and clearly explain potential issues in homes of all types and ages.

What I enjoy most is the opportunity to work closely with homeowners. I understand that buying a home is one of the most exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—decisions a person can make. Having clear, trustworthy information about your investment is essential.
