Derrick has lived in the Kentuckiana area for over 30 years and 

Derrick graduated F.J. Reitz High School IN and holds Applied Science Degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology, and Robotics.

Derrick is retired from United Parcel Service after 26 years in the technology field.

He started working with AAA Professional Home Inspectors in 2016.

He is married to Jennifer Anker and has 3 boys, Jake 17 years old, Jeremiah 13 years old and Lincoln 3 years old.
