I’m Sam Bucklew, owner of Bucklew Home Inspections. I bring more than 20 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, operations management, project management, and quality control to every property I inspect.

Throughout my career, I have managed complex projects, supervised construction and manufacturing teams, worked with contractors and property owners, read blueprints, and developed a strong working knowledge of structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, pools, fiberglass construction, and waterfront properties. I also co-founded and helped build a successful manufacturing company from the ground up through its eventual acquisition.

This hands-on background allows me to look beyond a basic checklist and understand how a home’s systems work together. My goal is to identify potential concerns, explain my findings clearly, and provide the information you need to make a confident decision about your property.
