I inspect homes with the kind of care and precision that comes from years in quality control and manufacturing. Before becoming a Home Inspector, I spent over five years inspecting construction panels, floor and roof system where I learned how to spot inconsistencies that others overlook—from blueprint deviations to structural flaws that could compromise safety. That same detail-oriented mindset drives every home inspection I perform today.

My background includes dimensional inspection, non-destructive testing methods, and interpreting complex schematics. I know how things are built, how they should hold up over time, and how to explain what’s going wrong when other's don’t. I take pride in offering more than a checklist—I deliver clear, honest evaluations homeowners can actually use.

Whether I’m inspecting foundations, HVAC systems, roofing, structure, or electrical panels, I focus on both safety and long-term functionality. I help people understand the story their home is telling—so they can make smart decisions with confidence. I'm fluent in English, as well as Portuguese and Spanish, which allows me to connect with a wider range of families, agents, and contractors.

I believe in straight answers, thorough documentation, and respect for every client's situation. My goal is simple: combine technical expertise with trust, and deliver inspections that reflect the highest standard of professionalism in a manner my clients can understand.
