Joshua Crepps is the owner and chief inspector for CHI. With over 12 years of experience as an inspector, he is one of the state's few Certified Master Inspectors. His background before starting CHI was in residential and light industrial construction and he was a Health and Safety Specialist for Amazon. He resides on the KY Board of Home Inspectors. He is married to his high school sweetheart and they have 11 children. They were both raised in Hardin County and currently live in Nelson County on their 30-acre farm.
