Britannia Home Inspections is owned and operated by Certified Master Inspector Howard Crick. Before becoming a professional home inspector, Howard worked for 30 years in the construction industry. He gained knowledge and experience throughout his career building homes, completing renovations, and doing construction and masonry work in the UK and Canada. His complete understanding of how homes work from the bottom up helps him better explain to his clients all of the details about their own homes.

Defect Detection and Problem Solving Skills

Howard has always loved trying to find even the smallest issues within a home and using his problem-solving skills on the job. What other inspectors might miss or gloss over, he easily finds and explains at length to his clients. Thanks to his background in home building and construction, Howard knows exactly where to look for possible issues in the home and always has professional advice to give about home repair and maintenance.
