Founded by Burt, a U.S. Army veteran with over 20 years of military service, the company is built on a foundation of discipline, integrity, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

In addition to comprehensive home inspections, we offer radon testing using continuous monitoring devices, water testing for real estate transactions and private wells, sewer scope inspections to identify hidden issues in sewer lines, and engineering service referrals through our partnership with Noble Engineering Services.

Burt is a dedicated family man with a heart for serving others. He and his wife, Christina, have been married for more than two decades and are proud parents to a daughter who now lives with her husband in Elizabeth, Colorado.
As a home inspector, Burt brings the same dedication, care, and commitment to excellence to every inspection. He is a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute and has successfully passed the National Home Inspectors Exam.
Roots
Raised on a sweet potato farm in Louisiana, Burt learned hard work, responsibility, and perseverance early in life.
Discipline
20 years in the U.S. Army as an aircraft maintainer and leader, completing multiple deployments around the world.
Service
Volunteer firefighter, EMT, and many years serving as a pastor in Virginia and Cañon City, Colorado.
Education
Bachelor's in Multi-disciplinary Studies and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Graduate of AHIT, nationally certified.
