I am Heather Woosley, owner and home inspector for Amazing Grace Home Inspection!

I have worked in medical imaging for the last 25 years and perform X-rays, Computed Tomography(CT scans) and Ultrasounds. I have loved my job as a medical imaging professional from day 1 and still do! I take pride in serving patients and to provide them with the best medical imaging possible. With my job, I have to pay close attention and provide great detail in reports that I prepare for the Radiologist in order for them to be able to read the exams. 

This brings me to now...I went to home inspector school with American Home Inspector Training, so that I could provide a service for our county and surrounding counties and to help people make informed decisions when buying a home. I then studied, sat for and passed the National Home Inspector Exam and I am licensed by the state of Kentucky (License #281790) and also an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector (#NACHI22100514).

I provide detailed reports on all my home inspections and have a turn around time of 24 hours for the report to be back in the customer's hands. While I am performing the inspection,  I ask that my client be at the home so that I can show them details and answer any questions that they may have. A home inspection is a long process sometimes and I understand that the client may not be able to be present for the entire time but I would definitely recommend them being present during some of the process. As I do my inspections I will be performing a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems and components that are visible and safely accessible. I will substantially adhere to the InterNACHI standards of practice that outlines what should be covered during a general home inspection, as well as what is excluded.
