Greg was great working with my first-time home buyers. He walked them through the house after the inspection to go over potential repair recommendations. In addition, he showed them basic home ownership functions, like where the hot water heater and breaker box was. How to turn them on/off, etc. My buyers really appreciated the extra time, care, and attention given to them!
