Meet Your Home Inspector

With 13 years of experience as a REALTOR® with Keller Williams before transitioning to home inspection in 2015, I bring a unique perspective to the home-buying process. My background in real estate, combined with my hands-on experience inspecting homes, allows me to help buyers better understand the property they are considering and make informed decisions with confidence.

I believe a home inspection is about more than identifying issues—it's about helping you understand the home you're buying. I take the time to explain my findings in clear, straightforward language, answer your questions, and help you understand the condition of the property so you can move forward with greater peace of mind.

My experience also extends to building several homes from the ground up, giving me firsthand knowledge of how a house is constructed, from the foundation to the rooftop. This practical understanding helps me evaluate the important components of a home and recognize details that matter.

Outside of home inspections, I have served my local fire department for more than 29 years as a career Firefighter and EMT. This commitment to public service reflects the importance I place on responsibility, attention to detail, and helping others.

When I'm not working, I enjoy gardening, fishing, maintaining my aquariums, and spending time outdoors with my family.
