When purchasing a home it is very important to know what you are buying. One of the most important aspects of home inspecting is explaining what is found during the inspection. I discuss these findings with prospective homebuyers so they can understand and make informed decisions.
I have also built several homes from the ground up. This has given me an intimate knowledge of houses from the foundation to the rooftop. This knowledge of how homes are built gives me confidence when inspecting the important details of your future home.
A little about me, I currently have 25+ years of service with my local fire department as a career Firefighter & EMT. In my time off I enjoy gardening, fishing, my aquarium hobby, and spending time outdoors with my family.
