As a certified building inspector in multiple trades, he has benefited from an abundant amount of experience gained inspecting all phases of new construction projects for City and County jurisdictions that included complex structural building systems at various stages of construction for heavy commercial, multi-family residential projects as well as single-family dwellings. As a supervising building inspector, he gained proficiency in problem solving field issues and resolving disputes between division staff and construction professionals.
