James McMaster is a licensed Professional Inspector in Texas (TREC #26974-PI) with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, training, and quality assurance. He brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to every inspection, helping homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals make informed, confident decisions during the transaction process.
James began his career as a Paramedic and later served as Director of Paramedicine at Kilgore College, where precision, critical thinking, and accountability were essential. He went on to spend over two decades with AT&T, supervising and training hundreds of technicians performing in-home installations. In that role, he also coached managers on inspection protocols and quality control standards, ensuring consistent, high-level service delivery across large teams.
This extensive background in evaluation, systems, and performance standards directly translates into his meticulous approach to residential and commercial property inspections today—where attention to detail and clear communication are critical to protecting clients’ investments.
James holds an Associate of Science in Paramedicine from Amarillo College and a Bachelor of Business Management from LeTourneau University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, camping in Texas State Parks, and spending time with his wife of 38 years, their three children, and a growing number of grandchildren.
