Simon Voight is a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Inspector and the proud owner of Blue Brick Inspections, LLC. Based in Denison, Texas, Simon lives with his wife and three children, and he brings a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to every inspection he performs.

Simon began his career as a licensed Professional Home Inspector in 2021 (TREC #25205) and is also licensed in Oklahoma (OK #70002890). In addition to his home inspection credentials, he holds a Structural Pest Control Service license through the Texas Department of Agriculture (SPCS #910070) for termite inspections. He is a Certified Professional Inspector and a Certified Commercial Property Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA), respectively.

With an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License, Simon also provides aerial photography services as part of his comprehensive inspection offerings. His diverse skill set ensures clients receive thorough, accurate, and timely reports that support confident real estate decisions.

Simon is an active member of TPREIA and InterNACHI and is known for his approachable demeanor, deep knowledge, and genuine desire to help clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives.
