Hello, my Name is Walter Brennan. I have been doing home inspection for the past 8 years. With over 4000 property inspections,  we have had the advantage of inspecting a wide range of residential properties, from 1700 farm houses, to early 1900 Victorian homes to brand new modern construction. From inner city Philadelphia, to the suburbs, we have had the privilege of educating clients on the condition, age and functioning of their homes from the bottom to top, and from the outside to inside. We also have the privilege of working with some of the most amazing realtors in the country, that are dedicated to their profession, but even more so, to their clients.
