My name is Sean Canevari and I am the inspector and founder of Carolina Home Inspection Group Inc. located in the Sanford, Fayetteville, Raleigh-Durham area. I have owned multiple companies and have a passion for customer service and self gratification when a client receives the service that they deserve. I have been in the skilled trades for most of my career ( Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, and Electrical ) and enjoy all aspects of knowing how components work and do their job when properly installed and maintained. I am originally from Fort Lauderdale but raised locally here in Raleigh N.C. for the majority of my life and absolutely love N.C. I started my inspection career because having owned multiple homes there is nothing more important than knowing exactly what you are purchasing and the condition it is in.
