As a contractor I have worked on numberous homes and have seen some pretty crazy things over the decades.  There are a lot of diyers and even contractors that cut corners or don’t do things the right way. After having to fix many of those problems and meeting discouraged home owners, I felt led to help people with their home before they even own it. I want help make sure they aren’t getting in over their heads or missing the signs of shotty work. 

I will be thorough yet fair in my inspections and will lean on my construction background to help talk through what exactly the findings mean for you as a homeowner. I look forward to serving you in your home owning experience.
