Brent could have noted bat insullation in the attic that was not properly replaced. this was not noted on the report. I asked him for a dock report and I was not able to locate that in my overall report but when I find it I will make note of it. I do like that Brent is very good with follow-up so that if you have questions he will get them answered. I had numerous inspections completed: HVAC, termite, dock, WHole home, and Air quality. I would have appreciated on his first bill had he noted this on the initial billing instead of sending me a total bill. Sending the necessary detail initially would have made it clear we were on the same page for the individual costs and the total price and reconfirmed that all the inspections were scheduled and getting done.
