Hi, I’m Sean McHenry, owner of MC Property Inspections, proudly serving Uniontown, Ohio and surrounding areas.

With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry — including new builds, remodels, rehabs, condos, and commercial projects — I bring a level of real-world knowledge that goes far beyond a standard inspection. I’ve also spent 30 years as a project manager, overseeing projects from the ground up, which gives me a deep understanding of how homes are built, how systems work together, and where problems are most likely to occur.

As a certified inspector through InterNACHI, a licensed Ohio home inspector, and a trained mold inspector educated through the HomeSpection Training Institute, I combine technical training with decades of practical field experience.
