I believe that an inspection is only as good as the report provided to the client. If the report is not detailed, vague, or hard to interpret, it is impossible for the client to have a total and accurate understanding of the home. My clients can not only expect an incredibly thorough inspection, but also a detailed report that serves as a "road map" to the inspection and the home itself. 

Prior to becoming a home inspector, I worked in residential construction for several years. During that time, I realized the short-comings in the residential construction industry and the importance of home inspections. I believe my background gives me a unique and strategic prospective on residential construction that directly translate to a superior service and report.
