Thank you for your interest in Spotlight Property Inspections. I come from a background in construction since I was in high school painting houses over the summer. I continued work in the industry throughout the years after high school working for a commercial contractor while putting myself through college at Syracuse University. During this period, we were constructing build outs for mall stores, restaurants, video rental stores, dry cleaners, hair cut chains and everything in-between. I developed many skills in nearly all major residential and commercial related trades over time including Plumbing, Electrical, Framing, Drywall, Tile, Windows & Doors, Siding, Flooring, Foundations, Framing, HVAC and Roofing.
I have completed hundreds of bathroom and kitchen remodels and throughout the years, and was a certified installer for kitchens and baths for 5 Lowe's locations in Rochester NY, and for a local high end kitchen company (McKenna's Kitchen &Bath) under my company On The Level Carpentry Inc.  I was a project manager for a home builder (Rollander Enterprises) in Cincinnati OH.  I have worked in Industrial facilities maintenance for the Atlanta airport with CH2MHill, and for a restoration company (Warrior Restoration) in Newnan, GA as a project manager. I had a remodeling company in Georgia (On The Level Renovations LLC) for a number of years before dissolving it for personal reasons. I worked for a local inspection company (Ally Property Inspections) performing numerous residential inspections before going out on my own in 2025.
With these experiences, I have learned a lot and can apply the knowledge of a diverse history to provide high quality, detailed property inspections.  I completed my training with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) to prepare and pass the National Home Inspectors Exam andm, and have obtained the level of Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with InterNACHI.  I am an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) member and working up the ranks to obtain my certified status with them through extensive training.
