Before becoming a Licensed Home Inspector, Shawn spent 23 years working as a Disaster‑Housing Inspector, completing more than 15,000 FEMA Inspections across the country. His background also includes hands‑on experience in Roofing, Ceramic Tile and Hardwood Flooring, Window and Door Installation, Siding, Drywall & Insulation, Finish/Trim Carpentry, and assisting with Electrical and Plumbing work – experience that gives him a deeper understanding of how homes are built and where issues tend to hide. He previously held Certifications in Lead and Asbestos Abatement, adding to his understanding of Environmental risks in residential structures. In addition to Home Inspections, Shawn offers Mold Inspections and Testing – a critical service for Buyers relocating to the Coastal Climate.
