With 25 plus years of construction experience that began as a general contractor on the Oregon coast building custom homes.   I have successfully managed the construction of everything from award-winning country club clubhouses and their associated buildings to the residences within their communities.  In this time I've accumulated a vast amount of exposure to all facets of building and the construction industry.  

In addition to the practical experience - as a licensed home inspector (#1868) - I've completed all required Oregon state-approved training and completed the inspection certification program with Inspector Certification Associates (certification #13951) based on the ASHI Standards of Practice. I am a Certified Master Home Inspector and have passed the National Home Inspector Examination.
