We specialize in pre-purchase, pre-listing, condos, townhomes and new construction. Coming from a background of real estate investing, we understand the expectations of both buyers and sellers and strive to ensure that you, our client, are well informed and educated about the home's needs. We take great care in helping you gain a full understanding into the condition, safety, and performance of your home's interior and exterior building systems. Further, we prioritize any improvements needed into categories such as major concerns, deferred maintenance, or minor cosmetic issues to help aid you in your decision.
As members in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), we are proudly obligated to adhere to their Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Although these are the basic industry standards, please know that we often go well above and beyond these practices when inspecting for our clients.
Angeline received her Master of Architecture degree in 2003 from Parsons School of Design in New York. She acquired her Home Inspection training from InterNACHI. Cezar graduated with a MBA from the University of Central Florida in 2000 and received his Home Inspection training from the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. Both are Licensed Home Inspectors in the State of Florida, and are Certified Master Inspectors®.
