I bring years of experience and training, including a degree in Building Construction Trades from the Seacoast School of Technology in Exeter, NH. After spending much of my life in New Hampshire, my family and I recently relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, to be closer to loved ones and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

My goal is to treat every inspection as if my own family were moving into the home. I will thoroughly assess the property and provide you with helpful maintenance tips to keep everything running smoothly (e.g., HVAC filter changes, A/C servicing schedules).
