I fully appreciate the opportunity to conduct a professional home inspection of the property that you have considered to be your new HOME.  I understand that the function of this inspection is to assist you in understanding the overall condition; safety and health of the property to further assist you to make an informed purchase decision.

I work for you & your loved ones to ensure that your future is comfortable and that you are aware of the condition of the property you have considered.

Relax, most of the imperfections that we will include in your report will just be minor issues that are correctable at a minor cost before it leads to a bigger problem for you.  Realize that most sellers are honest and often surprised to learn of defects uncovered during a home inspection.  Often, sellers are under no obligation to repair everything mentioned as a deficiency in the report.

Keep things in perspective, do not kill your deal over things that don’t really matter. Have you ever purchased a used car? Was it perfect? Probably not! This is the same with a used home purchase, even brand new homes have many imperfections and constructions flaws. There are and will be imperfections, improvements, defects and repairs to be made while you own this property just like the current owners.  A home inspection will not reveal every issue that exists or ever could exist, but only those observations on the date of the inspection.  A home inspection does not predict future events just like when that used car you bought needed tires, an oil change, a new transmission & some good ol' TLC. Overall, we want to make sure your newly purchased home is as solid as can be!

Your home inspector is a New York State Licensed Home Inspector (License # 16000120724) & a nationally certified professional home inspector by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
