I am a certified master inspector with more than 8 years of experience. I am certified in residential, commercial, mold and infrared inspections. I have helped develop protocols for proper and efficient inspecting for inspectors to follow as well as writing comments to be used in thousands of inspection reports.

In addition to inspecting and supervising other inspectors, I have taught and trained hundreds of new and potential inspectors nationwide both in the classroom setting as well as one on one training, including teaching a class at the InterNACHI convention.

As a Colorado native I'm proud to live in such a great state with so much to offer. I take pride in knowing that I have helped thousands of other Colorado homeowners fulfill their dream of owning a home in such an amazing place.

My goal as an inspector is to use that knowledge and experience to help my clients make the most well informed decisions when purchasing a home and to provide clear and concise reports with as much information as possible.
