Before joining Forward Property Shawn worked full time as a carpenter while putting himself through the University of Central Florida where he attained his Bachelor Science degree. He continued working in custom design and carpentry until pursuing his interest in home inspections.

Shawn began inspecting homes under the tutelage of his mentor and fellow home inspector Denis Neal.
He was certified through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) intensive inspection training.  He holds a State License and is certified in Mold Sampling, Termite (WDO) Inspections, Electrical, HVAC, Roof Inspections and Insurance Report writing.

Shawn's desire to learn and educate combined with a keen eye for detail and strong understanding of carpentry makes him a valued member of the Forward team.
