Prior to joining the Power Check team, Dino has spent over 12 years overseeing new construction, maintenance and repair, and all home renovation projects for a local active senior adult living community comprised of single family homes under 2000 square feet. 

And as an independent consultant, Dino has also inspected and appraised several thousand high value custom homes for major insurance companies, specializing in replacement cost analysis and underwriting concerns (e.g. safety, security, and loss prevention). 

He also holds licenses in several aspects of the industry, Home Inspection and WDI/Termite Inspector. Additionally, he’s certified as a Commercial Property Inspector, Well Inspector, Septic Inspections and a Pool & Spa Inspector.
