Hello Friends

My name is Danny V Sapp Jr, Co-owner and lead inspector of Happy Day Inspections.
We are originally from Georgia but have been Florida residents since 2002.

My background consists of at least 30 years in residential building and construction, with some commercial experience as well. Those years of experiences have helped me to become a well rounded home and property inspector. 

In addition to construction we've been collaborating with home builders, real estate brokers, insurance agents, appraisers and other professionals to better understand the true scope, needs and purpose of inspections. I'm passionate about helping others understand their home, its condition, needs and especially how to take the best care of it! 

We are a small family business with the desire and capability to help other families turn their homes into a safe and happy place. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and our surrounding community.
