With more than five years of hands-on experience working with exterior renovation and roofing companies, he has developed a sharp eye for building performance, construction quality, and the small details that often make the biggest difference. Outside of work, Joe is a dedicated family man and an avid Oregon State Beavers fan who rarely misses a chance to catch a game. When fall rolls around, you’ll most likely find him deep in the mountains of Eastern Oregon pursuing big game with both rifle and bow. Joe is especially passionate about backcountry hunting and helps maintain a remote drop camp tucked away in the wilderness—accessible only by small plane or a 10-hour horseback ride. The camp is something he and a couple of his best friends share together and has become their way of reconnecting with each other and the outdoors amidst the busy pace of life with kids, careers, and everyday responsibilities.
Whether he’s tracking game miles from the nearest road or inspecting a home, Joe approaches everything he does with patience, focus, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
