The above inspection fee includes an evaluation of the foundation from both the interior and the exterior of the home. We will provide a report to the client with recommendations for correction of any issues found during the evaluation.

The above fee includes a VA pest inspection. The NPMA-33 October 2019 VA form will be used for the inspection.

The fee includes an inspection of the above ground well system. In addition, it also includes testing of the well water for a full FHA sampling.

This is needed to reinspect areas of the house that could not be inspected during the original inspection.
