At ABC Property Group we have set out to create a multi-service entity that strives to provide an effortless and seamless process for the consumer in each professional service that we offer. It has always been a passion to grow and learn and create those experiences and connections throughout life and now it is time to be able to give that back to others. Owner Michael Frazier has always had a fascination and interest for architecture, construction and real estate. Michael attended Wilkesboro Community College in 2010 & 2011 and studied architectural technology shortly after graduating from North Iredell High School. Years later in 2019, Michael attended the Home Inspection Training Center out of Burlington, NC and following that in 2021 he also obtained his North Carolina Real Estate Brokerage License from the Pan School of Real Estate located in Raleigh, NC. Next to be obtained on the list is a General Contractor's License for the state of NC. The idea of ABC Property Group of the Carolinas was formed and created to have the ability to provide services in a full circle of areas and opportunities for the public. It has been seen time after time where people are being charged extreme prices due to the cost of living and appreciation our economy has experienced and some service providers are not providing services to the best of their ability. We believe in providing a service that comes from a helping hand and strive to be an informational resource for homeowners to learn as much as possible and be completely informed when making one of the largest purchases of their lifetime.
