Hi, I’m Robert Lockwood of LHI.

Heres a little about myself. I have been in the EMS service since the age of 19. I have always felt the draw to be there for people in their time of need. I find fulfillment in being what they need, when they need it. Sometimes thats being a comedian to distract from the pain and sometimes thats being a listener so I know how I can best help and sometimes, it’s about giving hard truths when they don’t want to be heard. Always though, it’s about the patient.

How does this help me be a good Home Inspector? As I have been an advocate for good care for my patients in their time of need I feel the same for the home buyer as they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

When I’m working with you, you can be sure that I will listen and will explain things as we go along. I will paint a thorough and honest picture of the home so you can have peace with your final decision. It’s about you, the customer. 

I'm sure you would like to know my actual Inspection qualifications. I had graduated AHIT in the Summer of 2020. I took and passed my NYS test followed by getting my license. Since then, I've been performing inspections, and taking classes to improve my inspection capabilities.
