From Fred:
“I love being an inspector. It is integral to the home buying and selling process. I also provide homeowners with vital information when conducting a home maintenance inspection. This helps to prioritize any maintenance concerns, and/or remodeling projects a homeowner may consider.
I love to share my knowledge and make myself a resource to anyone with any questions regarding the inspection process, or about the function of the systems of a home. I love living in Marin and serving the Bay Area communities. When I'm not crawling under houses and walking on roofs, I enjoy hiking the trails around Marin, and enjoying the neighboring wine country of Sonoma.”
Certifications:
Home Inspectors maintain their certification through rigorous, continuing training and education.
Thank you for choosing Legacy Home Inspection! We look forward to serving you!
